Our staff is here to ensure all guests have a great experience. For your convenience our Guest Service Center is located on the main concourse near Section 120, between Gates 1 and 6. We offer accessible parking, drop-off and pick-up areas, accessible entry, assisted listening devices and elevators to the upper concourses. Most of our concession located on the main concourse are accessible, as well as most restrooms including a Family/Companion restroom. All required service animals are also welcome. Parking
Accessible parking is available in the lot, entered from Glenn Rogers Sr. Street via Access 4, and is first come first served. All vehicles must have a current state-issued hang tag or license plate. Each vehicle is allowed one parking space. ADA Lot is first come, first serve to patrons with ADA placard. Please show upon entry.
Drop-off and Pick-up
Guests can be dropped off and picked up on Glenn Rogers Sr. Street, outside Access 2.
Elevators
Elevators are located on the East side of the Stadium (between gates 1 and 6) and on the West side of the Stadium (between gates 3 and 4). Guests with disabilities having tickets with seating in rows 60 and above can access these elevators on game day.
Gates and Seating
Accessible entry is available at Gates 4 and 6. The Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium has wheelchair and companion seating with sideline and end zone sightlines, located on row 29. Guest entrances from the concourse into the bowl seating are located at Sections 109, 117, 122, and 124. Assisted Listening Devices
Complimentary hearing amplification devices are available on game day at Guest Services, located on the main concourse at Section 120. Guest Services requires a valid ID or Driver’s license as a security deposit, and devices must be returned no later than 30 minutes after the end of the game.
Service Animals
Although animals are not allowed in the stadium, an exception is made for guests with special needs. Please contact Guest Services at 901.729.4344 in advance if you have questions.
Concessions
The following concessions are accessible on the main concourse at the following sections: 101, 107, 111, 116, 119-121, 129, 130, and 132. Concession staff is available to assist guests at all other concession locations.

Emergency Evacuation Procedures
Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium staff is trained in proper procedures for emergency situations. In the event of an evacuation, game day staff will assist and direct guests with disabilities to exit routes.
Restrooms
The following Men’s (M) and Women’s (W) restrooms are accessible on the main concourse: 102 (MW), 103 (MW), 105 (MW), 106 (MW), 118 (MW), 119 (MW), 121 (MW), 122 (MW), and 130-132 (W).
Family/Companion Restrooms are located at Section 132.
